Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international deliveries.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Simply visit our returns portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed sizing chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own for the best fit.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, MedStudy is committed to ethical fashion. We use organic cotton and recycled polyester in 80% of our collections to reduce our environmental footprint.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 60 minutes of placement. After this window, the order is sent to our warehouse for processing and cannot be changed.
